Verizon Hub (AKA "FIOS FONE")

I live in MA and hear the phone will be comming out in Feb. I am having my doubts we will see this next month. I jumped upto the 20/20 service and the rep had never even heard of it yet. Oh well..

Anyone have any current info on release dates?

I haven't heard anything more specific than "this spring" so far. I'm dying to check it out, too!

The phone does look great but im a sucka for widget type devices :)

Is it a cell phone that works on FiOS wifi?

Not a cell but a Home phone that has a large LCD to the side. The LCD has all sorts of Widgets (Think Yahoo Widget).

Guru Lloyd actually just blogged about it a couple weeks ago. Very cool gadget that integrates home phone, Internet and TV into one spot -- you can even get a handset that you can use as a TV remote!

That phone looks neat but I bet I wouldn't be able to figure out how to use it. My son would probably like one, though. You know how much it costs?
