National Toupee Forgiveness Day, 11/26/07

Just saw this blog from friend of the show Cindy Closkey, about a hilarious holiday started in Pittsburgh in 2005.

It's sort of an amnesty day, during which you can abandon your toupee forever, and no one can give you guff about it from that day on.

I suggest combining it with another Steel City tradition -- the Pittsburgh Salad -- and replace the toupee with a big mound of French fries for a day...kinda like the presentation on Uncle Moe's Awesomely Outrageous Southwestern Pizza Fingers.

Sure they might burn your scalp a little at first, but think of how many new friends you'd make -- who doesn't love fries?
