The next Guru "Grand Entrance"?

Jim 2.0

In each episode, the Techno-Gurus arrive at the family's home using a different mode of transportation than the last. How would you like to see them pull up to your driveway?

Why not a Clown car? :) With Brian's 6 3 stature that ought to be fun... Poor Brian...
The Unicycle is cool as well.

Other - Clown Car...

Haha, why didn't I think of that? I think I maxed out the poll options, though -- you should vote "other" then.

Lora! Great to see you dipping your toes into the warm jets of the forum.

A Delorean would be pretty sweet indeed. I wonder if we could even find one anywhere?

I definitely can see a certain Doc Brown-esque quality in Brian, especially when he starts talking about roller coasters.

I actually have seen someone driving a dolorean on occasion around here. I haven't a clue who the guy is but there actually is one somewhere close by... ;)...

Hmm...good to know, Michele.

You wouldn't also happen to have seen a circus cannon in the neighborhood, would ya? ;)

LOL!
Nah... Sorry I can't help you on that one - perhaps Brian can make one up... (j/k) ;) You know, have a cannon with an outside molding of a shark's mouth, large teeth... Brian's head in the center getting catapulted into a net... or whatever safety regulations that are used... ;) Be safe with that man... ;)

Hey I was wondering would you mind if I came out with my camera on the 3rd and took some photos? I can place them onto my Flickr account for you or just send some to you...

Safety regulations? We don't need no stinking safety regulations! ;)

I do love the idea of the shark being the cannon, though. I can just picture Roy Scheider saying, "Smile, you sonofa___," just as he launches Brian 50 feet into the air.

Would I mind? Are you kidding me? I would be delighted! Why not scroll down to the bottom-right of the show page and RSVP? If you have a laptop, you can even upload your pictures right from the block party, at the blogger tent, where there will be a blazingly fast FiOS hookup.

Looking forward to seeing you there!

I'll bring my laptop (if I remember it that is) and have some fun with the photos.. Will you have a giant sign pointing down at you saying Jim? :)

I am sure I will figure it out though.

Brian is actually working on a real life spinning diamond that would float above Jim's head (a la, The Sims) while he is on site for a makeover. This would let everyone know who Jim is and give us the added benefit of being able to make him walk around, dance and do silly things.

Oh wait, he already does all that.

Yeah, I wouldn't necessarily use the word "dance" -- it's more like "flail" really.

Michele, I shouldn't be too hard to spot -- just look for a big dude with dark hair and a beard, who looks a lot like this guy:
