Came across a post today that made me chuckle, from blogger and self-confessed "Baltimoron" (ha!) mad anthony.

He's been "lusting after" FiOS for years, but hasn't had it available in his neighborhood just yet (hey, it happens sometimes, unfortunately.) Then lo and behold, his parents get it before he does:

"So my dad, who still refers to his cell phone as a radio, is getting FioS before madanthony, the guy whose DVD player has a network card. Life is strange." 

Mad Anthony's parents sound like many of the parents we've given technology makeovers this past year, and like them, I bet they'll adapt to the upgrade pretty fast...maybe they'll even be able to teach their son a thing or two about FiOS once he gets it. 

But still, I feel for ya, Mad Anthony...hang in there! :)
