During the break the gurus tried to answer the question "I have a new computer but I'm a technophobe and afraid I'll never learn it...any advice?"

How about getting a Mac and AppleCare?...for $99 a year you can take almost unlimited one-on-one lessons at any Apple store...and they have free classes to top that.

What's 52 weeks of lessons worth?...a few thousand dollars?...$99 from Apple...when people tell me how much more a Mac is all I need to say is "AppleCare!"

Hey Jerry Sue and Julia! Thanks for having me over. Dinner was great, and Lunch, and breakfast! (*Notice the package of leftovers Sue has in the picture...that was for me!) I enjoyed our enlightening post dinner convo, and I hope I provided some insight into the future of Music and Technology! :)

Randy, as a Tech Guru, I don't know alot about the Apple Care Package, as I see Apple Computers as UNIX with a pretty interface and a sleek case; probably not the way the average person views an Apple.
But I can tell you, after a Mac discussion with Jerry, we both agree that a plan such as AppleCare is awesome because Macintosh computers have a history of lasting a loooonnnng time, and with the right care, that pricey initial investment becomes well worth it!
